Questions, answered.
01
For employers
What do you need to start a brief?
The role, how many people, the location, hours, how long it runs and the start date. Add any qualifications or cards needed, plus your pay range or budget, and we'll agree the scope and checks with you.
How are your services priced?
It depends on the service, the roles and how long you need people. We agree fees and terms with you in writing before any work starts.
Can you supply people at short notice?
Often, depending on the role, the location and the checks needed. Tell us your start date and we'll be honest about what's realistic.
Do you handle pay for the people you place?
Where agreed, yes. Pay for the people we place runs through the route that fits the assignment, with timesheets and payslips handled for you.

For jobseekers
How do I register?
Fill in the form on our Find work page, or call us. Tell us your role, your experience, where you can travel and when you're free.
Do I need to send ID?
Not to register. If a role needs right-to-work or other checks, we'll ask for documents at that point, in a secure way.
What kinds of work do you place?
Site labour, skilled trades, groundworks and civils, mechanical and electrical, project support, and office and admin roles, both temporary and permanent.
03
Payroll and contractors
Which engagement route is right for me?
It depends on the work and the working relationship. We'll explain PAYE, umbrella, CIS, sole trader and limited company options and confirm suitability before anything starts.
What is CIS?
The Construction Industry Scheme sets out how contractors pay subcontractors for construction work, including deductions passed to HMRC. We can handle the admin for you.
Can you run payroll for staff we already employ?
Yes. We can take over payroll for your existing employees, with pay runs, payslips and changes handled on an agreed schedule.
