Who employs the temporary workers?
That depends on the engagement route agreed for the role, for example through us, an umbrella company or as a contractor. We confirm the route, and who does what, before anyone starts.
Can a temporary worker go permanent?
Often, yes. If you'd like to keep someone on, talk to us and we'll explain the terms for moving them into a permanent role.
